Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe mangoes (peeled and chopped)

  • 2 cups chilled milk

  • 2–3 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)

  • 4–5 ice cubes (optional)

  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream (optional, for extra creaminess)

  • A pinch of cardamom powder or saffron (optional, for flavor)


Instructions:

  1. Prep the mangoes: Peel the mangoes and cut them into small chunks. Remove the pit.

  2. Blend: In a blender, add chopped mangoes, sugar, and milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Adjust consistency: If it’s too thick, add a little more milk or a few ice cubes and blend again.

  4. Add extras (optional): Toss in a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a pinch of cardamom powder/saffron for extra flavor.
