HOW TO MAKE ICE-CREAM

 Here's a simple and creamy homemade ice cream recipe you can make without an ice cream maker!




🍦 Vanilla Ice Cream (No-Churn)

πŸ§‚ Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (480 ml) heavy whipping cream (cold)

  • 1 can (14 oz / 396 g) sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract

  • Optional: pinch of salt (enhances flavor)

🍴 Instructions:

  1. Whip the Cream
    In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form (about 3–4 minutes using an electric mixer).

  2. Mix Condensed Milk + Vanilla
    In another bowl, stir together the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.

  3. Fold Together
    Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture. Be careful not to deflate the cream — use a spatula and fold in batches.

  4. Freeze
    Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or freezer-safe container. Smooth the top, cover, and freeze for at least 6 hours (overnight is best).

  5. Serve
    Scoop and enjoy! You can add toppings like chocolate syrup, sprinkles, fruit, or nuts.
