📝 Ingredients:

250g Bhindi (Okra/Ladyfinger)

🔪 Preparation:

Wash & Dry Bhindi: Rinse bhindi, wipe dry completely (important to avoid sliminess). Then chop into 1-inch pieces (slanted cuts work well).

Sauté Bhindi:

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.

Add chopped bhindi and sauté on medium heat for 7–10 mins till they lose their stickiness and become slightly crisp.
